The figure who presumably made the JETBLACK to organize PRIZM, if they're not eagerly interviewing competitors, they're rambling to themself about things you probably won't understand.

New Description:

the TOODLES unit is an escaped asset from the Disney company's "Disney Discoveries" department, developed specifically to explore the jetblack as a remote rover. after discovering that the jetblack's cerebral, putty-like matter could create whatever the imagination could hold, disney immediately started manipulating it for its own gain, the droid was sent to project colorful illusions of the mickey mouse cast by using its heightened imagination circuits to produce the first show filmed in another dimension, internally known as the "clubhouse project."

one frightful morning, the laboratory it was kept in was trashed and the TOODLES unit was nowhere to be seen, stealing access to the jetblack with it. "mysterymouse", or whatever it decides to call itself, has been missing for three years.

and i've been with him this entire time.
